Sean is the co‑founder of Starfish Ministries, launched in 2018 with his wife Susan to confront child sex trafficking in the U.S. and abroad, with a particular focus on giving voice to exploited boys. Through Starfish, he currently supports the Daniel Academy, a project building a safe home for boys in Colorado. Sean serves on the Survivor Voice Council with PACT and is listed with the DHS Blue Campaign.
He has consulted with the OSCE in Europe and Polaris in the United States, and since 2014 his testimony has reached more than six million people across 150 countries. Sean also ministers in prisons in Africa and Los Angeles, working with both victims and offenders while emphasizing accountability, forgiveness, and healing. He is the author of Wretch: Haunted by Shadows – Rescued by Jesus and has been featured on The 700 Club, 100 Huntley Street, and in Psychology Today.
