Jesse Leon is an award-winning bilingual author, celebrated for his books “I’m Not Broken” and “No Estoy Roto,” published by Penguin Random House, detailing his triumphant journey from surviving human trafficking to graduating from Harvard University. A TEDx and inspirational speaker, certified executive coach, and recipient of both the Lambda Literary Award and International Latino Book Award, Jesse embodies resilience and determination. As president of Alliance Way, he consults for philanthropy and various sectors with developing strategies in affordable housing, education, substance abuse, mental health, and human trafficking.

He graduated with a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, a Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley, and a post-graduate fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Jesse is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, leveraging his language skills to inspire and connect with diverse audiences globally.
