DESCRIPTION: Removing the Mystery of Dissociation is presented for the purpose of understanding the survivors’ perspectives and experiences while giving the listener the ability to more easily recognize dissociation.
The listener can expect an inside-out exploration of dissociation on a continuum. This presentation will explain dissociation as it relates to sex trafficking/commercial sexual exploitation with specifics related to childhood experiences.

The audience will learn that dissociation is a common response to trauma and find that the presentation will also normalize dissociation via personal stories and experiences of the presenter.
